Precision Fabrication & Casting
Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity, which is machined into two hardened tool steel dies. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, pewter and tin based alloys. Depending on the type of metal being cast, a hot- or cold-chamber machine is used. we manufactures die-casting tools and parts. Most die castings done in We are made in zinc or aluminium alloys. And with the service of post-treatment, such as sand blasting, polishing, CNC machining, plating, powder coating, tapping and drilling holes.... The design process and tool complexity are very similar to the Plastics industry with a lot of the CAD requirements being the same, all the tools need a feed system, a cooling/heating system, and ejection to get the product out of the tool so the synergy is there from design to completed component.
The following is a summary of the advantages of zinc and aluminium alloy:
Zinc: the easiest alloy to cast; high ductility; high impact strength; easily plated; economical for small parts; promotes long die life. Aluminium: lightweight; high dimensional stability for complex shapes and thin walls; good corrosion resistance; good mechanical properties; high thermal and electrical conductivity; retains strength at high temperatures.
